 About the Founder: Necole Littlejohn


Necole Littlejohn, the visionary founder of DBBE, brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for compassionate care to our organization. With over a decade of nursing experience, Necole has dedicated her career to improving the lives of individuals through various roles, including her current specialization as a geriatric nurse.

Necole's educational background is as impressive as her professional experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University, followed by a Master’s in Nursing and Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Her credentials also include certifications as a CNA and LPN, and she currently holds a facility license in Wisconsin.

Having worked with home care agencies for ten years, Necole has developed a profound understanding of the unique needs of individuals requiring home-based care. Her ongoing pursuit of a nurse practitioner license reflects her commitment to advancing her expertise and providing the highest level of care.

Necole's dedication to integrating her business acumen with her healthcare expertise has been the driving force behind DBBE. Her vision is to create supportive, individualized living environments that enhance the quality of life for both adults with developmental disabilities and veterans.
